When following through on your backhand shot, roll your wrist in an upward manner so that the buttons on the Wiimote are facing up (parallel to the ceiling). This will cause the ball to bounce/spin left in your opponents court. Computer opponents generally don’t have a problem with this shot but human opponents will be cursing you. Execution of this shot increases the likelihood of the ball going out (long) so use with care.
